- Nori seaweed
- Lemon Juice or Umeboshi Vinegar
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
The preparation is quite simple. You just have to tear the lettuce into pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Take the nori and toast it until it becomes green. Pour a couple of drops of olive oil, sprinkle the lemon juice and pour some salt. Toss and serve cold.
